Pricing:
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include the 10%Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable in Australia. For international orders the GST will be deducted from the total item price, however this tax will be levied on the postage and insurance. If you are ordering for a lapidary club or educational institution please contact me for details of our pricing policy regarding these orders.

Minimum order sizes:
Domestic (within Australia); AU$20 plus postage, handling and insurance.
International (outside Australia, this includes her external territories and protectorates); AU$50 plus postage, handling and insurance.

Shipping methods:
Within Australia I use Express Post, for international orders I use EMS or FedEx the delivery time frame is the same, but FedEx does not have as good insurance options as EMS so FedEx is the less preferred option.

Regarding insurance:
I will not ship/post an item unless it has insurance, I have yet to have a parcel go missing and I intend to keep it that way, but should one not turn up it is nice to know no-one will be out of pocket.

Payment:
Payments will be via PayPal, unless alternative arrangements have been made to pay by either check or postal money order I'm more likely to accept these methods for orders within Australia than for those from without. If payment is made via non-PayPal method goods will first be shipped after the funds have cleared.

When you place your order you will receive an emailed PayPal invoice with the total including postage, handling and insurance, just follow the link within the email to make payment/setup your new PayPal account (should you not already have one, it's FREE), as soon as I get the payment confirmation email from PayPal your items will be shipped within 24 hours.
