Little Gems

Ok this is real simple. You have seven (7) days from receipt of goods to decide if you want to keep them. For parcel purchases you cannot look through the parcel and "cherry pick" the stones you want to keep and return the rest. You must return the entire parcel unchanged.

For individual stone purchases you have the same seven (7) days to inspect the goods you may return one or all the stones you have ordered if for any reason they are not satisfactory. You are responsible for the return postage and the item must be insured and have a tracking number. The original postage costs are not refundable. If, when the items arrive I find that you have not made any alterations to the items you will receive a full refund on the item or items, if however you have made any alterations, well all bets are off, as they say.
